Don Bruckner Elected to American Board of Trial Advocates

Don Bruckner Invited to Join ABOTA

2001, Albuquerque, NM — Guebert Bruckner & Bootes is pleased to announce that Don Bruckner has been invited to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

 

Founded in 1958, ABOTA is an invitation-only national association of more than 7,600 experienced trial lawyers and judges. ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Those from New Mexico invited to join are trial lawyers who are of high personal character and honorable reputation, and members of the State Bar of New Mexico. They have completed a minimum of 10 civil jury trials to jury verdict (or hung jury) as lead counsel. If the nominee meets the initial requirements, the Executive Board of the local chapter and the membership of the local chapter must affirm the nominee and present the nominee to the National chapter for an affirmative vote.
